Corporate Service Manager. Lee joined the ETI team in May of 2008. Lee’s Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management combined with his NICET Level III certification coupled with over 20 years of experience gives him a well-rounded understanding of the industry. In addition to his NICET certification, Lee has received certifications in several national manufacturers’ equipment, as well as Edwards Systems Technology (EST). Lee manages the service and inspection personnel according to the company’s Underpinning Values. Prior to his career in the life safety industry, Lee served aboard the USS Saratoga aircraft carrier in the US Navy. Lee coaches baseball and basketball in his spare time.
Operations and Analytics Manager
Bob joined ETI in 2004 as a sales engineer and has worked with integrated fire, security, card access and CCTV systems since 1982. Bob earned degrees at Valley Forge Military Junior College and Mansfield State College. He also completed construction management courses at Spring Garden College. Bob spent 14 years managing the operations side of several businesses in the Philadelphia area, and he is now focused on refining procedures, cost accounting and overall quality improvement in the various ETI business segments. Whenever Bob has a chance, he enjoys sailing, officiating soccer games, listening to music and spending time with his family.
