As of January 1st 2015, Chuck Rizzo named both Marc and Bryan Rizzo partners of the 33 year old enterprise. Both sons have been involved in various facets of the company at a young age, but started full time employment in January of 2007. Over the last 10 years Chuck has mentored his two sons, initially focusing on the sales/relationship process and then leading into management roles. This was an important first step in the process of family business succession leading into the second generation of ownership at Eastern Time, Inc.
On top of managing the company’s sales team, Marc’s new executive role as Vice President/Treasurer puts his Drexel University Undergraduate degree in business management and DeSales University Graduate degree in project management to work. He is excited for the challenge and looks forward to working with Chuck and Bryan to continue the family business on for another 30+ years.
Bryan will continue to manage the construction department, tightening up accountability and transparency, but will also take on the role of Vice President/Secretary for Eastern Time, Inc. Ongoing construction department experience coupled with his University of Maryland Undergraduate degree in economics will assist him in fulfilling this new role. As with Marc, Bryan is eager to start making a lasting impact to the overall health and longevity of the company.
