Tom is in charge of the design and engineering of each project at ETI. Tom started with ETI in 1983 as the service division developer. Tom is NICET Level IV certified in Fire Protection Engineering Technology and Fire Alarm Systems. He has been certified to work on most of the fire and security systems that ETI has supported over the years. Tom received his electronics training in the US Navy, where he was an electronic technician serving aboard the USS Sarsfield.
Dave is located in the Allentown office and has worked for ETI since 1997. He received training in the US Army for electronics and telephone communication systems, and has since then been certified on most of the fire and security systems that ETI supports. Dave designs, engineers and lays out the projects being installed. He also works closely with our CAD department and documentation department to provide submittal information for permits and engineer approvals. He coordinates with the project foreman and the ETI technicians for installations. Additionally, Dave is NICET Level IV certified in Fire Alarm Systems. Dave served in the 82nd Airborne Division of the Army during the US invasion of Panama, and he earned a Bronze Star in Operation Desert Storm. Dave is also a volunteer fire department officer at Penn Forrest Fire Station in Jim Thorpe, PA.
Joe is located in the Allentown office and has worked for ETI since 2005. Joe graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute and began his career at ETI upon graduation. Joe has progressed from an inspector to a technician and is now a successful project manager. Joe is certified on all of the major fire alarm, security and nurse call lines that ETI supports. Joe works with sales and engineering on proper design and layout for the low voltage systems ETI carries, helping ensure compliance with local codes. Joe is currently NICET Level III certified in Fire Alarm Systems and manages technician’s and electrician’s efforts efficiently to ensure timely completion of his projects. Joe enjoys staying in shape at the gym and working on home improvements at his properties.
Damian joined the ETI team in 2012. She came to ETI from the life safety industry with nearly 12 years experience as a commercial installation coordinator, managing projects from start to finish. Damian has progressed through several construction and service department roles and now coordinates all projects and manages the labor, tooling and materials for the construction department. Damian enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
